1. Acceptance
By registering, depositing, or placing any bet on DMWIN, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You confirm gambling is not illegal in your jurisdiction.
- You are not on any self-exclusion register.
- You are using your own funds, not those of a third party.
3. Account
- One account per person, mobile number, household and IP address.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- All activity on your account is treated as your own — including by anyone you give access to.
- We may freeze accounts pending KYC verification, fraud investigation, or chargeback resolution.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
- Deposits are processed instantly on supported methods (UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, IMPS, NetBanking, RuPay, Visa/MC, USDT, BTC, ETH).
- Withdrawals require KYC verification on first request: Aadhaar + PAN + selfie.
- Withdrawals must use the same method as your most recent deposit (anti-fraud).
- DMWIN charges no fees. Network fees on crypto are passed through transparently.
- Daily withdrawal cap: ₹5,00,000 (standard). Higher caps via VIP.
5. Bonuses
- Bonus eligibility, wagering and contribution percentages are detailed on the Promotions page.
- Max. bet per spin while bonus funds are active: ₹500.
- Bonus abuse (multi-accounting, structured betting, opposing-bets arbitrage) voids all bonus winnings and may close the account.
- Bonuses expire 30 days after credit unless stated otherwise.
6. Betting Rules
- All bets are settled per official tournament/league results.
- Void bets (postponed events, technical glitches) return the stake.
- Live betting is subject to delay; bets may be rejected if the line moves before acceptance.
- Maximum payout per slip: ₹50,00,000 unless individually negotiated.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Using bots, automated software, or third-party tools.
- Colluding with other players.
- Exploiting software bugs or pricing errors.
- Money laundering or transferring funds between accounts.
- Harassment of staff or other players via support channels.
Violations result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.
8. Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no login for 12 consecutive months are flagged inactive. A monthly fee of ₹200 (or balance, whichever is lower) applies until the account is reactivated or fully drained.
9. Disputes
Raise any dispute via Telegram support within 30 days of the disputed transaction. We aim to resolve within 7 working days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to our licensing authority.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app banner. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Liability
DMWIN is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform, network failures, third-party services, or your own decisions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any legal action must be brought in Curaçao courts.
