Tools You Control

Every DMWIN account ships with the following self-management tools, available in Account → Limits.

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps (in ₹). Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases are instant.
• Loss limits — cap how much you can lose over a chosen period. Once hit, your account stops accepting bets until the period resets.
• Session reminders — choose to receive a pop-up after 30, 60 or 120 minutes of continuous play.
• Reality checks — get a clear breakdown of wins, losses, and time spent every session.
• Time-out — pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Cannot be reversed early.
• Self-exclusion — fully close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once enabled, we will not accept your registration again.

Warning Signs to Watch

Gambling stops being entertainment when:

• You spend more than you can afford to lose.
• You chase losses with bigger bets.
• You play to escape stress, depression or loneliness.
• You lie to family or friends about how much you play or lose.
• You borrow money to gamble or to pay back gambling debt.
• You feel restless or irritable when you try to cut back.
